Annual PC Health Check

An annual PC health check helps keep your computer running smoothly and securely. I’ll clean up the system, check for any problems and make sure it’s properly protected. Think of it as an MOT for your PC.
The price includes 12 months McAfee antivirus software.
New Computer Setup

Setting up a new computer can be a bit tricky these days. I’ll get everything set up and ready to use, including transferring your files from your old computer, setting up your email, printer and other essentials.

Need help getting to grips with your computer, tablet or phone? I offer friendly, one-to-one help in your own home with emails, photos, apps, online services or anything else you're struggling with.

Need help with an online application or form? I can visit you at home and guide you through it (or do it for you) step by step, including driving licence applications, Blue Badges, bus passes, visas and other online services.
Help Buying & Setting Up a New Computer

Not sure which computer to buy? I can meet you at a local retailer (typically Currys) and help you choose the right computer for your needs and budget. Once you’ve bought it, I’ll come back to your home with you, set it up and transfer your files from your old computer.
Windows 10 Has Retired – What Now?
£45
If you’re still using Windows 10, I can visit you at home and, where suitable, enrol your computer in Microsoft’s Extended Security Updates (ESU) programme, allowing it to continue receiving important Windows 10 security updates until October 2027. I’ll take care of the setup for you and make sure everything is working correctly.
